User Hierarchy

Users

In this section, the Admin can reach all other authorized users. Can edit them.

From here Admin can access:

Agents, Distributor, Manager, Cashier, Player (Classic Panels)
Manager, Distributor, Agent, Player (New Panels)

Admin creates and Agent/Manager by clicking the blue "+" button on the top right hand corner of the page. Once you create an Agent you can fund them by clicking the green "Add" button for the selected Agent.

While as Admin you can access all user pages and delete or edit data you still have to follow a process to fund or take out funds. 

Classic Panels

The order of the tree is as follows: Admin creates Agent: Agent creates Distributors: Distributors Create Shops and Manager : Manager creates Cashier: Cashier creates Player:

The order of funding is as follows" Admin funds Agent : Agent funds Distributor : Distributor funds Shops : Cashier funds : Player

New Panels

The order of the tree is as follows: Admin creates Manager: Manager creates Distributors: Distributors create Shops and Agent : Agents creates player.

The order of funding is as follows" Admin funds Manager : Manager funds Distributor : Distributor funds agents. Agent funds : Player

Agent Tree

From here admin can access all agents tree structures

Every time an agent is created they will invariably create a tree ( Admin level of users) who perform certain functions.

The tree is displayed as follows" Agent>>Distributor>>Shop>>Manager>>Cashier >>>User ( Player)

Click any user to bring up their profile

Admin can delete an entire tree from here by deleting the Agent of that tree this will delete eveything from Distgributor to users related to that tree.

Admin can delete s Shop, a Distributor or individually from this page but NOT Managers, Cashiers or users.

Shops

What are shops?

Each shop is actually a separate casino. If you are giving distributorship to other people. Each distributor has to create his own store. In this way, each distributor can determine the characteristics of his own casino. For example, it can deactivate some games. Can use a different currency by changing the currency of the shop.

How to create a shop?

To create a shop, you need to enter the administration panel. You must also be a user with shop creation authority. Typically the user levels with shop creation authorization are: Agent,Manager (Goldsvet Classic) or Distributor (OceanSweeps in other scripts)

If you wish, you can change the properties of a previously created shop.

We recommend setting the RTP setting around 70 for Goldsvet scripts.

Shop Statistics

In order to see the statistics of the shop, select the shop from the area on the upper left side of the administration panel. Then access the statistics from the Stats > Pay Stats / Game Stats section on the left menu.

Some Features

"Switch" to a shop. When you swithc to a shop this then becomes the shop that you will be shown in the main lobby. It will also display the users and user tree attached to the selected shop.

Clicking the blue "+" button on the top right hand corner will bring up the create shop ( casino ) in this page you create the entire management structure ( tree) including pre added users.

Categories

What are categories?

From here Admin can add, delete and move categories. Add a category by clicking the + button on the top right hand corner. then

1: "Title" add the name you want the category to be called.
2: Add the "Position" ( the order you want this category to appear in the menu bar
3: Parent "Root" selection means you leave it as a single menu by itself. You can also add it as a submenu of another category by selecting a category in the drop down
4: "Href" is the name of the category you give that will be attached to the url when created. IE: www.mycasino.com/mycategory.

Note: We do not recommend editing this field on some products. It may cause deterioration in appearance.

Jackpot

From here admin can activate and add the jackpot feature

Once activated the Jackpot prize is displayed in the lobby of that shop!

Pin code

from here admin can add pincode to issue out to users

Adding credit to a user via a PIN number is easy on this page. Add a credit value to a PIN by entering the credit value in the nominal field.

You can email or sms for the payer to use.

Games

From here Admin can enable/disable games and edit the bid rates check basic stats. Admin or authorized user (Distributor) can edit and experiment with different values in the games Lines and Bonuse settings. These control how often or what number of spins need to be played for a ( trigger) win or bonus to be given to the player.

The payout formula of the games is associated with some values found here. That's why you can consult us before making changes to the line ratios. (Game Settings and Game Bonuses sections.)

Fields where you might need editing: Title, Categories, Bet, Denomination, View (Active - Disabled)

permission

From here admin can control all the functions of an agent, distributer , manager and cashier

Admin can remove and add functions like who can see or give credits, who can add users, you can block or access shops etc.

API

From here admin can access to create an api key to allow certain parts of the site to be displayed in iframe.

Sms mailing

From here admin can setup an sms text mailout to people in the system.

Terminal

From here admin can create a terminal connections to separate pcs.

Create a network of PCs as users for your small cafe or club

Admin can create same password for each PCs and then have them log in all at once

Admin can provide credit to PC ( user ) and player can simply start playing

This system has to be set up as a network using routers and sockets.

Bank

What are Banks?

Revenues from games available on your site are shown here. In this way, you can see how much money is accumulated in a bank. It appears as the sum of money from all games.

In addition, these bank money amounts vary according to some game categories. (Like slots, fish etc..)
